The Mission trips are one of the most effective and unforgettable projects. As a rule they are dated for significant Christian or national holidays of the country where the project takes place.

Each trip is arranged and developed separately, taking into account the needs, wishes and initiatives of regional missionaries, local churches and organizations, and being based on requirements of the present social departments and services of regions of the country. These organizations provide the information on the presence of children in need, the rest-homes, orphanages, forthcoming evangelization projects and about problems and obstacles in relations with local authorities. On the basis of these data the route, strategy and forms of this event is developed. The main priority is the spreading of the Gospel and the realistic help to children and adults who are in need.

Participation in the mission trip is a unique opportunity to enrich ones’ spiritual experience and to directly participate in helping people, to see grateful people, to whom the help is given and how Christ’s love changes them through the good deeds of missionaries and philanthropists.

A mission trip typically includes:

  • Visiting orphanages, shelters, rehabilitation centers and rest-homes, the military unit, needy families and aged lonely citizens, prisons, children's colonies and the street children;

  • Distribution of Christmas gifts, Easter gifts, grocery packs, warm clothes to homeless children, etc.;

  • Distribution of the children's Bibles, New Testaments for the military and other spiritual literature for people which have come in difficult life circumstances;

  • Tours, including visiting historical, cultural and religious monuments and sights in capital and regions, visiting museums and churches;

  • Special events: Christmas morning performances in Moscow are in the  Cathedral of Christ the Savior (the main Christian Cathedral of Russia, near to Kremlin), in Niculin’s Circus on Tsvetnoy Bulvard (famous worldwide) done with the support of the Parliament of the Russian Federation and the Administration of Moscow;

  • Picture books for children, the coloring books, New Testaments with thematic inserts and greeting words of well-known people and people of authority in the country are published specially for these projects.

Each interested person is able to take part in mission trips Ñ at any time during the year, to join a group or to form a new group.
